Hi,I bought a blackview tablet 12 through a big merchant site in Germany ( I will write a separate review for that ) The tablet is still on guarantee. Since day one it had a big problem of responsiveness related to ram that doesn't either works correctly. I wrote to the sellers to have it exchanged. They redirected me on blackview because they didn't have one to send. Blackview also couldn't direct me to any reparation nor substitution service. All I was offered was to have a refund and buy a new one. But, time I read the answer, the tablet in question was no longer available to buy at the same price. So I would get a refund lower tgen what i would pay for the new tablet. Mine still in guarantee...
