Abysmal customer service at Mimiso Camden (London): Touhid (a supposed Manager whose interpersonal communication skills are akin to a thug’s) used the following salesman lines to sell a product to me: “Give it to HER for £1.29” upon which he called me “Love”. Last but not least, when I requested his name to make a formal complaint about the customer service at the doomed Mimiso branch, he procrastinated and quarrelled with me. How on earth can someone with these customer service skills can assume a managerial position?
