The website is not reliable. Products shown as in stock may well be out of stock or in pre-order. After 15 days stuck on ‘preparing shipment’ for an item that was supposedly available and fast shipping in 3 days from the UK. I was told that it was out stock, and that I had to wait over two months and to pay international shipping fees. The products may well be good but they are not there.
As many other customers, more or less in the same period , I also received an essentially empty box (order 0444130897092). Intact and sealed with branded tape but no drone inside. The interaction with DJI support has not been easy. Lots of delays, inconclusive updates and not clear timelines. However, on the positive side, two weeks from the initial shipment, I received my replacement shipment and DJI support responded to all my daily messages. There is definitely something wrong with their SF express logistic but I am not convinced it is necessarily DJI store fault. Just get your (ware)house in order!
