I accidentally selected eco-friendly packaging instead of the gift box option for a Waffle Blanket I ordered for my daughter, and reached out hoping to fix it after the order had already been processed. Victor went above and beyond, arranging for a separate empty gift box to be shipped so I could package the gift myself. On top of that, the quality of Boll & Branch products is outstanding — you can tell every detail is well thought out. Fantastic, attentive customer service — Boll & Branch is lucky to have Victor. Thank you!
