A superb customer service experience
After having an issue with my purchase, a kind, honest customer service chap, called Jamie, helped me solve the issues with utmost courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. A gem and gentleman from, what is always a bone of contention (customer service), who couldn’t be more helpful, gracious, patient and humble towards me and my plight. I would commend him for his hard work and dedication to his company. Well done Jamie from a sincerely grateful customer
