I was suppose to receive my shipment since Wednesday and it has been out for delivery every day since, and I still have not received it. I had to substitute with another supplier and I spent more than I wanted due to your unreliable service.
The process was easy to follow and so far so good. I did a roller check and it was good. I have a few more things to do, but other than that I love it.
This was one of the best experiences I have had with customer service. It was fast, excellent communication, and overall a joy working with this company to get my issue resolved.

Product does not work and the company does not stand by their product
Folks were very helpful in getting the machine running, and it is now. YEAH
Customer service was quick to respond to our email and remedied our issue even though it was beyond the scope of our warranty. Replacement product came quick and follow up email to make sure we received the replacement and that it was working.

This heated levelingvtable is absolutely amazing! It was the perfect answer for my wavy issues.
I love this printer. A few months after I purchased it, there was a small issue, but their customer service was excellent. They replaced it right away and the shipping was very quick. I really appreciate how easy they made the process. I would definitely use their products again. Great customer service!
Fast shipping, product works good. Great discounted price.
I ordered the Sublimation Oven from Amazon which came repackaged and damaged. I reached out to OFFNOVA which responded very quickly. They sent me out a brand-new oven in original packaging within days. They were very kind and apologetic. GREAT company to work with.
