Great customer service
When placing a purchase, we unfortunately discovered that the lamps ordered was did not fit in our house. We therefore went ahead and contacted Simig's customer service. Simig's Lina proposed various solutions and always responded promptly. As it eventually did not work for our specific situation, we were able to return the products without any issue and received a full reimbursement. A very good experience for us from a customer service point of view, and we'll shop here again in the future with confidence.
