I ordered a lamp and received a strange-looking order confirmation. I then immediately requested a refund and then received a very confusing and long-winded answer about how they are on holiday and made zero acknowledgment of my request.
I ordered a light online from SimigLighting.pl At the time of ordering, the website had about 6-8 photos of the product in various settings. The light finally arrived after about 6 weeks, but it was different to what was in the photos. Furthermore, when going back onto their website, I found they had changed the product imagery. Customer service gave me the excuse that the supplier had "upgraded" the product and kept offering discounts as compensation instead of a refund. When pushed, they sent me a return address which is in China (no indication on their website that they were Chinese), stating I would have to pay postage, and also a 20% restocking fee - implying I had "changed my mind". As far as I'm concerned, they have sent me a different product to what was advertised and refused to offer me a full refund - scammed.
Wasnt sure what to expect, bit the pendant light i ordered arrived fast and is of great quality. I reccomend the store.

We ordered lights for our new construction home. The design and price were incredible! We had an issue with our post office in our new neighborhood sending back some packages because we weren’t notified of delivery and upon working with SIMIG customer service they found the missing packages and got them back to us right away! We will definitely continue to order and recommend SIMIG
Never received our order, after almost 3 months ask for refund and get all the money back in two payments. All my plan changed due to not having lighting at my new apartment. They are fast when you order and slow with ambiguous answers when you need after sales support. Do not get fooled by their support while buying.

More concerningly, the company later characterized the issue as a matter of the product not meeting our expectations, rather than addressing our concerns that the product differed from the website listing. What was particularly disappointing was that the company refused to provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping costs, despite our concerns that the product did not match the website listing. We were also asked to bear the risks, costs, and inconvenience associated with the international return process and their own lack of process control on returned items. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding this company.

We ordered a light for almost €300,-. The product is however unfortunately fake. When we received it, the quality already seemed very poor; you can give it a tap and it could fall apart. Then we compared it with the pictures. You can clearly see it's a completely different light. We've been scammed, unfortunately. Don't buy anything here!
Complicated, but worked out perfect. At first I have ordered a lamp, the lamp was of a good quality, but somehow one part did not work, it was hard for us to finish the project, so we had to install a different lamp. I was left with a not working lamp, and I was super sad about it, but I contacted customer support and WOW, the guys were really nice, we have worked out a deal, where they got me money back, very nice company!!

I placed and paid for an order nearly three months ago. The delivery was promised between 3-5 working days but after a week I had received no acknowledgement or order number I emailed to find out what had happened. I got a suspicious sounding email saying they tried to deliver but no one was home. We have a door camera that captures all visitors and it’s connected to 2 phones with a ring. No one came no one want the bell, no delivery attempt was made. No order number was communicated. Thinking I’d been a victim of fraudulent purchase I contact the bank. Bank tried to contact the company that had taken the money but they got no response. After 45 days of no response the bank refunded me the cost as charge back. My suspicion was that I’d been a victim of fraud. So three months after placing the order I got refund via bank. While the products look well designed the company is completely inc

Didn't receive any confirmation. After mutliple weeks they sent me an email saying there was an issue with their email box. They would sent me the product and asked me if I could adjust my review and receive a discount. I did that. However, the product appeared to be a fake low quality knock off from the pictures. While we paid almost €300,-!! That is the actual normal high price for this product if you buy it here. So I'm changing it back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!

I ordered a 4 pendant light from ping. Never got any confirmation. Only parts of the order arrived. Sent them several emails to get a status update on the remainder of the order, to no avail. It's a scam that lures customers with slightly discounted prices and never delivers the order. Worst customer service ever.
The original parcel was lost in transit and they arranged for another to be sent asap. Great customer service
