Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They have only shipped half of the order, and I have sent them 5 emails requesting either a refund or the rest of the order, without an answer. Do not but anything from them, it is a scam.

I am really satisfied with the product I chose and was given as a gift; it perfectly matches what was described and I am delighted with the result in my home.

WARNING: False advertising and terrible customer service

Do not be fooled by the professional photography on Simig’s website. I ordered two ceiling lights for €500 based on images of what looked like expertly sewn, high-quality fabric. What arrived was a cheap, poorly made imitation in the wrong color and a rough, low-grade material. When I requested a return label and a refund for the second (unreceived) item, the nightmare began. They ignore daily emails or send vague promises without action. They even tried to threaten me, saying that contacting my bank would "cause me problems." Be aware: This is a drop-shipping company from China with no published address or phone number. They present themselves as a European company, but they do not follow EU consumer protection laws. I am now forced to resolve this through my bank. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Big offer of products

Big offer of products. Different styles, sizes, colours. All you need in lamps. Great after sales service too, very responsive. Lamps even though shipped from China (distances and manipulation to Europe is considerable) were packed safely. Took almost a month from the moment i paid until received.

It’s ok but slow to respond

I received my light but it took awhile to arrive. The communication was poor with the company. But the light was as described and arrived safely.

I had a great experience with Simiglight and can highly recommend them. The customer service was excellent – very friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question. It’s clear that they really care about their customers and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. The products themselves are of very good quality and exactly as described. Everything arrived in perfect condition and worked exactly as expected. You can really tell that attention is paid to both product quality and presentation. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great service, great products, and fast delivery. I will definitely order from Simiglight again in the future!

Good selection of beautiful lamps. Communication with the customer service is friendly and helpful. A little minus about long delivery time, but I guess my items were sent from different continent to Europe.

Kawah was so helpful in making sure my purchase arrived at our destination in the UK. I purchased an urgent order that needed to arrive by a certain date. Beautiful lamps, good service

Beautiful lamps. Shipping took a while, but the lamps are exactly as you see them in the webshop. We also preferred white wire instead of black, and for one lamp that didn't have a wire, we wanted one with an on/off switch. Customer service was able to arrange all of this. Excellent. I also always received a quick response to my questions about shipping. I ordered three different lamps.
