Products, were good quality, price was very good. Logistics was a little slow, but i wasn't in a hurry. Very helpful customer service when i needed to contacted them. In total a good product and good help.

I ordered two lamps Flowerpot VP9, one grey and one beige. They came in two packages and Homelights informed me and were very helpful the whole time. They have both very good quality and excellent service. Highly recommended! 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great After Sale service

Overall I have to say that I am very satisfied with Simig‘s service. After I received the lamps in a timely manner I realised that the lamps had little flaws. However, the after Sales Service was highly supportive and very reactive and helped solving the problems in an instant! Highly recommendable and great experience!

The products are of very low quality unfortunately. I bought an Atollo lamp which normally is a glass version and received a metal painted version. The glass version was expensive as much as the original one. No sure why I should pay almost the same price for a replica Chinese version.

I love my lamps, I’ve received them very quickly and Jannah from the custumer service has been very helpful for the following and the delivery. Moreover the quality and the price are perfect, I recommend Simiglighting with no hesitation and will command again!

Products, were good quality, price was decent, well worth 5 stars. Logistics a bit slow would say 4 stars if this would be only about logistics, but then the customer service person who handled my order, would it be possible I would give her 7 stars at least.

I ordered my light in October and have still not received anything ( yet the money has been taken ) and when I’ve enquired about it, I’m fobbed off and told ‘it’s in transit’. Is this a genuine site. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam!? My light was over £250 and I have nothing to show for this. Very disappointed and upset that I’ve been scammed. People be careful. I’ve entered my details into parcelforce site to track and they have no details of my order.

Really pleased I ordered

I was initially sceptical after I had placed my order due to other people’s negative reviews. However, I am so pleased I did order! My lamps arrived (a little slowly, due to Royal Mail strikes) they were well wrapped and protected. They are lovely heavy lamps that look really great in my spare room! I emailed customer services and got a reply within 24 hours ensuring me the order had been shipped - I’m really pleased with this company and will use them again in the future! Thank you 👍

Received my Heracleum lamp after 5…

Received my Heracleum lamp after 5 weeks and it really fulfilled my expectations. Was helpful to use the app ”17TRACK” to track my package because I was a bit worried after reading a lot of bad reviews. I did not received an order confirmation to my e-mail and no reply on my e-mails to the customer service. After all very happy with my new lamp, not a scam site.
