Terrible the Gregg pendant light.

Ordered the Gregg pendant light. The light is useless, the parts don't fit together. Impossible to fit, and no response from their side. Avoid buying from them.

I wouldn’t recommend to buy the snoopy lamps. The lamp itself is fine, but the marble certainly does not look like CARRERA MARBLE. It’s a huge difference to the original lamp and I’m very disappointed to say the least.I’ll try and return the lamp

Good lamp, very helpful customer service

Lamp arrived in great condition, made with good quality materials. Ver friendly and helpful customer service via WhatsApp. Out shipment was lost (for two weeks), a mistake made by DHL here in Germany. The Simig customer service was very helpful to query the whole thing and after some calling from their side, it resurfaced again.

Very responsive customer service and very helpful in finding solutions. Quality of the lamp is good; some small damages during transportation was solved in a customer-friendly manner.

Slow response

Procduct was satisfactory, in the end, but the experience of being left in limbo without order/shipping update is not pleasant. This website appears to change their domain and emails once in a while and between waiting for order shipping information they had changed the domain and I could not track my order on their new website. After writing originally here, a one-start review and emailing them a few times, they reverted with shipping information and an update over 4 weeks later. Perhaps an efficient CRM team could be effective in tackling any customers whom have expressed similar experiences with your service.

Fake counterfit products. And they refuse returns. Real scam.

Lamps are fakes, don't be fooled

Lamps are coming from china and are fakes. It's the same people that are also behind "homelights" claiming they are from Sweden but actually from china. Don't recommend.

The costumer service have been fantastic and given me Quick answers on mail, in a nice and polite Way. I recomend - and will not hesitate to buy at your Company anytime😊 The transport from China to Denmark took quite a time - but I guess It is because transpot situation in our World today.
