Fantastic Customer Service
Simig customer services were able to locate the correct replacement part for a lamp shade I had broken. They only charged for packing and postage which I thought was very decent of them. The replacement part arrived today and it fits perfectly. Great customer service!
Avoid - FAKE products.
My Ritual lamp arrived today and I discovered that they are not the same and is a bad copy! I wish I had not purchased from this website. The leg and lamp base cannot securely cover. The original picture from the website doesn’t reflect the same from the actual produce. AVOID this website, you will be buying from a fake product.
Great Customer Service.
Some delay in receiving all of my order, however, Simiglighting customer service sorted it all out quickly. Communication was excellent with customer service responding to my emailed queries promptly. I found the products great value for money and very competively priced. Will happily use Simiglighting again.

I am very pleased with Simiglighting. I bought five lamps on their website and have been absolutely satisfied with the lamps which are wonderful and with the customers service. I must say that I am very very very happy with my new lamp. It is so beautiful and it is exactly as pictured on the Simig webshop. Asked customer service for information about the delivery and afterwards information about the light bulb that should fit in it and got immediate response to my questions. Impressive Customer Service
I have been impressed by the high caliber of the customer service. Very responsive, very polite and solution oriented. I have received my lamp well within the time frame mentioned at the order; carefully packed and smooth sailing with Swedish customs. The lamp looks exactly like the original, it even comes with a certificate of compliance with all EU norms for electrical appliances. I am already ordering again and I strongly recommend this supplier.

The customer service is very after giving you a good shopping and product experience. When you have any questions they can answer it. I ordered already two times at SIMIG and the two lamps were delivered to Germany very fast. All in all it’s a good price for replica lamps and you get for what you pay. I can definetly recommand this website!
SCAM
SCAM! Avoid at all cost! They write and edit their own reviews - so do not trust them. Our lamp was broken and nothing like the original upon arrival. And it took a long time to deliver it too. So NOT worth the money!

I have never seen such a good customer service. I had a problem with French customs with my order. I wrote an email to the after sale service which answered me very quickly and fixed the problem. I have received all my lamps and I confirm that all the products are really good and beautiful! Don't hesitate to order!
Huge selection and great service
This shop has a huge selection of all sorts of lights at unbeatable prices. The two lamps which I ordered arrived in a surprisingly short time (from China!) while you could follow the sending process online. They were very carefully wrapped, instructions included. I love the lamps. They look great! Customer service of SIMIG is excellent. The response to any inquiry is prompt, very friendly and constructive. You can tell that the customer is „ the king“. I will definitely consider to shop there again if I am in the need of a lamp.
