We were in the midst of communication with a credit card scammer and called First Tech. Matthew took our call and helped us clear up the entire mess. (Fortunately, we did not give out too much info). Matthew was very easy to talk with and took his time explaining the situation and our options. He helped us get everything fixed/corrected in record time!
