Quite honestly appalling customer service
Quite honestly, the most frustrating and shockingly bad experience I have had with Customer Services in any company. I had been recommending this brand and signed up as a partner, but regretting the moment that I have done this because the amount of complete and utter incompetence is astounding. I ordered a lipstick that claimed to be long lasting which it was not so I asked to return it. First of all I was told that I had to pay for the return myself so after several emails back-and-forth they agreed that they should actually provide a returns label of course that returns label didn’t arrive so then that took several more emails back-and-forth because they then went back to saying that I had to pay for the return so finally getting them to agreed to refund the product and send me a return label. I then waited for the label to arrive. Two labels arrived of course so I use the one and sent the item back and Low, and behold they didn’t receive it so they claim and they have sent me a copy of the returns label but I said to them quite clearly that is not the label I used it wasn’t a DPD label that was sent to me. It was a Royal mail label which they claim they don’t use. I think it accused of not following the returns instructions, which is not the case. I literally send packages every day. I never have an issue but this company is truly beyond me at how disorganised they are so now I am out of pocket by £22 and they are still arguing. The point that this was the only label they sent to me yet I clearly put a label on that said back to Monat and it was not the DPD label that they keep showing me but I am just exhausted with fighting with this company we must be 30 or 40 emails in Just to return an item that is faulty. Absolutely atrocious and the sad part is that I have recommended this company for some of their products which I stock in my Clinic. Just an awful experience, quite frankly, and they let themselves down so much Update: no surprise but no one has reached out about this! Second update: still nothing from Monat !! Third update: still nothing, need I say more!!
