For non-techies, it's quick and simple to use
After trying another document recovery program and being completely frustrated and unsatisfied, I tried Disk Drill. It was quick and simple to use, and it recovered more files than I was hoping for. I am far from a tech expert. "Plug and play" is the extent of my knowledge and experience. But Disk Drill couldn't have been easier to use. If you want to recover files or documents that you thought were lost forever, I strongly recommend Disk Drill.
