Janet, you were kind and helpful. I have hearing aids and had a hard time understanding. We were able to get the job done! Thank you. Warranty process is difficult, I don’t know if my warranty is in place. All my purchases from vatrer came delivered with damaged boxes. Shippers need to be more careful. All the equipment were fine. Vatrer wants pics in this review. If I could see how to add pics I would attach my damaged shipping boxes. It caused some me concern.
