On the morning of Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, I received a call from Enercare Tech by the name of Barry, advising he would be arriving within the next 10-15 minutes. Once he arrived, he directly went to my Thermostat to adjust it to fire up the furnace. He then proceeded to the basement furnace area to service my furnace unit. After completing the furnace maintenance, Barry came upstairs to advise that the furnance we extremely dirty on the interior an surrounding area in the furnace room. Barry took the time and effort to clean the area properly internally/externally, and he showed me the filthy furnace filter. As being the new homeowner of 7 months, I had requested a proper furnance maintenance as part of the Home Purchase Agreement from the previous Homeowners. Obviously the furnace servicing was inadequate compared to the servicing I received from Enercares' Technician Barry.
