Not a good experience
The alibaba site is not bad and they do protect customers, but they really need to work better to avoid scams, I had to apply for a refund on the last 4 purchases I did on the site and the message from the sellers is always the same . . ."sorry, some one hacked our account, we don't sell that product" . . . So if you are going to buy something there please be sure to buy on trade assurance items and keep everything inside Alibaba (messages and payments)
