If an incorrect part is shipped, be aware that you're gonna get stuck with high shipping charges
I've ordered a number of parts from the company, I've been very satisfied. There was a mistake when another part was ordered and shipped to me, and initially they informed me that I ordered the wrong part. In fact, I went back and looked at my order...they were incorrect, they shipped the wrong one. Regardless. of the source of an incorrect order, the part has to go back.In order to get a refund, I need to ship it back to them at my expense. Unfortunately, I am asked to be charged full shipping rates from carriers such as FedEx and UPS of almost $200. The company evidently has a bulk.shipping rate which is approximately at $24. I asked them to help me with the shipping. I simply wanted them to send me a shipping label with the bulk rate and I would reimburse them for that. Their response was less than the FedEx and UPS carriers at over $100. quite a conundrum… As the part is only valued at $200. Very unfortunate for a repeat customer who has been dedicated to utilizing their product line. Disappointed with the customer service.
