Need to Open a Ticket
My recent expereince with Grab made me write this review: So 1 month ago a driver in Bkk charged 70baht highway fee without my consent. That was deducted by grab automatically after the ride. I opened a ticket and Grab refunded that money to my creditcard. This week I used a voucher on GrabMart and the Tops market did not included 2 items worth half of the purchase. The Voucher, as usual, expired after 1 time usage so that money was gone. I had to open several tickets with Grab Support but was eventually refunded that money as a voucher.
