Excellent Customer Support from FlexiSpot
The customer support at FlexiSpot is phenomenal. I ordered the kana bed, and for various reasons which I won’t go through here, I decided to return it. Dave from the customer support team was very understanding of my feedback, and stayed within close communication throughout the purchase and return process. They sent me the return labels within 24 hours of my return request and shared super clear instructions. Overall while the bed didn’t work out, I would do business with flexispot again as it’s clear they stand behind their product and they has invested in a good customer support team to build long lasting customer relationships.
