Vladan was excellent
Vladan was excellent. He quickly understood the issue, looked beyond the initial limitation, suggested a practical alternative at the NGINX level, and implemented a precise solution that addressed exactly what I needed without introducing unnecessary broader blocking.
He was clear, proactive, technically helpful, and very easy to work with. This is exactly the kind of support that gives me confidence in Kinsta.
Please pass my thanks to Vladan — he did a great job.

Excellent support, fast and practical
I’ve contacted Kinsta support several times now and the experience has consistently been excellent. The team is fast, clear and genuinely helpful.
In this case, Andjelko quickly understood a fairly specific WordPress/Nginx security issue, explained the options in plain terms, applied the right rule carefully, and helped confirm that both the main domain and the Kinsta domain were protected.
The support was practical, calm and efficient. Exactly what you want when dealing with a live-site issue.
