Third time's the charm
After a extremely disappointing start Mr. Fuente took a personal interest in my case. It looked like my complaint would be resolved, but when the new suitcase arrived it had the same issue. A big disappointment again! After sending another email to customer support I almost immediately received a new shipment notification. And this time..... they shipped the right suitcase!! It must have cost them a fortune to get me the right suitcase, so I thank you for solving my complaints.
