Tough journey, happy ending
It was my first insurance claim of any type and Renew has helped me along the way. I have to admitted it is not an easy journey with home insurance claim as it involved contractors and sub-contractors from different background and expertise and coordination was crucial. After raising a complaint to Renew regarding the disagreement with one of their supply and fitting contractor, the complaint was handled perfectly by Claire Broxton with attention to details and willingness to solve issues and challenges with me after she took over the case. Advices to Renew: Please considering to have more than one subcontractor within your pipeline, as lessons learned with my claim, putting eggs in one basket is a risky move as the subcontractor (in my case, House of Carpets and Flooring) can play their "default and walk away" card anytime they like which is disgraceful.
