Never ever will I book with billabook! I‘ve booked a trip to mallorca from 18 to 20 April. The reservation was done for a mini suite. When I arrived Iberostar informed me that the reservation was for a regular double room with wellness voucher. Wtf… Calling billabook is not possible, you will be routed to a machine with a dead end. Billabook informed me that they had a booking issue on their homepage.. (of course)… The page clearly stated the mini suite, not a double room. Also all the pictures were for a mini suite… I can‘t recommend nor will I ever book via this page.!!!
