Terrible experience with sales person and office personnel
A sales representative came to my house and gave me an estimate of 3700 dollars.He told me installation cannot be started unless 3700 can be paid in full or in installments.I paid the whole amount.Since my husband thought it was not a good deal,I called ADT and told them to cancel the installation.I asked for full refund.I called manager who said she will call the sales person and issue a refund.Three phone calls and spending a lot of time on hold,I got refund .I had to threaten them with a complaint with BBB.
