Misleading information…
Your site advertised a door to door delivery. The parcel was sent to the Post office. I do not go to the Post Office after a bad experience outside. This is misrepresentation at the highest level, and had I known I had to collect the parcel from the PO I would never have ordered. I have instructed the Postmaster to return parcel to sender (10 days ago) and await information regarding my refund. A very poor show. I will never order again and have already had my review published on the Internet. You should be ashamed of yourselves for misleading the public in this manner.
