Tricky…
I was sure I payed $1 for a course, and one week later I got charged 39$ I told the customer service I didn’t pay for it and wasn’t gona use it. The reply was, sorry this is our policy. Apparently it was in the small letter. Ofc, there are thousands like me who made the same mistake (look at reddit). Such a shame. This is what creates so much mistrust in people and ads. This ad showed on my instagram. Update: i only got a refund after writing this review whose tone i have modified to be gentler. Afterall they’ve finally refunded. Thanks
