This company is a scam do not trust them. After repeated attempts of telling them to destroy my DNA and that I do not consent to their processing due to too many failures from them along the way, they processed my sample without my consent. It has taken them close to a year to do so. They will not refund me and I have complained to the relevant authorities about their several breaches in GDPR and data processing
