AVOID! Scammers. Booked a flight that got changed through Wizz Air. I had to get a refund. Had to chase Wizz Air myself for the refund because Esky just kept “escalating” with no real help. Then found out the amount I paid for the flight versus the actual booking amount was a big difference. Wizz Air refunded the entire flight but there was a shortfall of €175. Esky told me they will not refund this amount because it’s their booking fee and part of their terms and conditions. A flight that had to be cancelled and refunded through no fault of my own and then for them to still keep €175 as a booking fee? eSky Booking Service Fee: €103.84 (€25.96 × 4 passengers). Seat Selection Processing Fee: €72.00 (€9.00 × 8 seat selections) Total retained: €175.84. I did not voluntarily cancel the booking. I requested reimbursement because the airline-initiated change was not suitable for me. And note the lack of assistance in their google review replies. AVOID this booking platform all together!
