I recently applied at this location after noticing they had zero job listings on their website. I went through a phone interview followed by two face-to-face interviews. Despite explicitly requiring professional references, management never bothered to contact them, which points to a disorganized and inconsistent onboarding process.More importantly, the workplace culture here is highly unprofessional. The Fitness Manager, Adam, has been actively gossiping and running his mouth to current employees about me. Creating tension and spreading rumors about an applicant he has never worked with—and does not know—is incredibly toxic. This behavior aligns directly with the poor management reviews he earned during his time at 24 Hour Fitness.If you are a professional looking for a structured environment with strong leadership, look elsewhere. This location fosters unnecessary drama and lacks basic operational standards.
