I contacted customer services ,got through straight away to a warm welcome from Jeffrey. Explained I had just placed an order within minutes and realised I could of had my parcel delivered free of charge to Next store. Rather than go through the hassle of cancelling order and placing a new order, he kindly processed a refund of my carriage out of goodwill. He was helpful, clear ,efficient and had a helpful tone. Customer services excellent by Jeffrey and has encouraged me to shop more with Joules online due to a very good experience. Thank you !!
