Poor quality and no refund processed
Disclaimer: I normally don't write bad reviews and I'm quick to provide a glowing review for great customer service, but after months of frustration, I'm compelled to provide my feedback on Leafy Souls so other customers don't go through the same issues as me. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Leafy Souls. I ordered a handbag and purse for my wife for Christmas last year (she was super excited to find a vegan-friendly handbag and purse) but only the purse turned up (the quality of which was rather questionable - the package came straight from China, not the US, and I'm not sure who's looking after their quality control but it's pretty appalling). I contacted Leafy Souls and to their credit, they said they'd process a refund for the handbag and provide a 50% credit for the purse. They said they processed the refund but I never received the funds. I've been chasing now for many months and they no longer reply to my emails. The whole experience has been really disappointing for both my wife and me. We ended up giving the purse to a local op-shop and I didn't end up getting a supposed vegan-friendly Christmas gift for my wife. On top of that, I'm down $USD76. So please be careful before ordering anything from this site.
