I was nervous ordering from this place as it seemed an obscure warehouse in Singapore, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. I ordered the DF64V grinder and it was shipped promptly by FedEx, double boxed and wrapped in plastic. Import into Canada was prepaid as well. Very pleased with this company and I will not hesitate to order again from them.
