AVOID THESE CROOKS!
Like some other unhappy customers on here, I ordered the Cleo womens messenger bag. It too arrived in a crumpled plastic bag from China with no Leafy Souls branding, but a scrappy Ri YiHuang logo on the front. Very poor quality, certainly not worth a fraction of what I paid for it. I emailed them to point out they were shonky and they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase (no way would I ever buy from them again). Dont believe the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on the front page of their website. These guys are crooks taking advantage of people wanting good quality, ethical and sustainable products. I wouldnt even give this bag to the op shop ... straight to the rubbish bin it goes!!!
