Scammers avoid them like the plague!!!!
I purchased the Rayneo GT max glasses and the power adapter and the ext ear pieces. The glasses and the power adapter came in about 10-14 days but no ear piece extensions. The glasses after setting up ran for about 2 mins then shut down I tried again and this time about 10 mins then shut down the longest I could get was about 40 mins!!! I contacted them to say I was not happy with the glasses and I wanted to return them. After a bit of back and forth emails they sent me a returns label I packed everything up and the day I was due to return the glasses and power adapter the ear piece extensions arrived so I packed them in the box with the other items and returned them. That was now ten days ago.I’m still waiting on my refund and all my emails are being ignored. I purchased through PayPal so I had to start the process with them to get my money back. Firstly don’t believe good things you hear from this scammer company buy a set of video glasses from a reputable company this bunch of clowns just want to steal your money. No customer service at all unless you are ordering then they’re all over you after your money is spent they couldn’t care less about you.Stay well clear of these scammers.They truly are really bad news.
