I faced a big problem because of poor communication from Redbus. I booked my ticket to travel from Bharuch to Aurangabad (travelling date- 09.04.21). While booking ticket, alert not received from redbus about travelling rules. When I board the bus at 10pm, bus operator asked me for Covid medical test report. As I had no any symptoms as well as not asked by redbus while booking the ticket (already mentioned above) I had not tested myself. Resulting I had to get down from the bus and returned to home with endless sorrow and monetary loss. I request Redbus to pop up such mandatory rules to travellers before booking the ticket.
