Badass customer service :)
I don’t want to jinx things or anything. I over the past few weeks had lots of q&a over emails with the rdx customer service people (had various people answer emails at various times). I have to say the reliability, speed and guidance from their customer service team people seemed to be consistently badass! Also appreciated them making the effort to eventually ask for my order number to help them give more customised guidance for me in my situation (I had bought one of their beginner vegeterian friendly punch bag and mitts set to donate to a local charity).
