Great quality, prints, and customer service
Great quality products, lovely colors and patterns, and excellent customer service! I have several sets of their sheets and duvet covers.
On the recent end of season sale, I bought some things, and the next day the price went even lower. I called and asked if I could get the better sale price. I expected them to say no, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. And they said yes and issued a refund for the difference! Then my order arrived, and I love the Summer sheets and duvet cover!

Bad return policy, rude "customer service"
UPDATE: Their return policy is difficult and you will pay return shipping and still not get a refund. I paid $22 for return shipping and sent them the USPS tracking number after I was approved for the return, and they said they'd issue the refund when they received the items. They received them over 2 weeks ago and no refund. I have emailed several times with tracking proof of delivery date, and they are now refusing to email me back.
Some of the clothes are nice and some are not great quality, their sizing is also weird and the size chart means nothing. Not a good return policy and rude "customer service".
