So many mixed reviews about this company. In my experience, there was good and not so good. Isn't that true of all businesses? My biggest complaint is that I wasn't able to get someone on the phone when I had an issue. I re-read the website and noted that their hours are "GMT+8" which means they are overseas, not in Nevada as claimed. That was confirmed when I started emailing them and the responses came in the middle of the night. They were very responsive, though, and I was happy about that. I wasn't happy with one aspect of the treadmill and wanted to return it. They tried to discourage me from returning it due to the cost of returning a large, heavy item, and tried to offer alternatives. I get all of that, but it wasn't going to work for me. I felt that the product was very well made. I was impressed with the quality right out of the box. They are one of the few budget walking pad treadmill companies that have a 3.0 hp motor in a product at that price point. My only complaint is that the handrails were much too low for me (I'm only 5'8") and they could not be adjusted. A friend of mine that is shorter tried it too and they were too low for her as well. I'm not sure who they had in mind when designing it, but it definitely wasn't for an average height American! There was a lot of back and forth via email, but ultimately they honored the "30 day free returns" as advertised on their website. In part I believe that they agreed to the return because I purchased it through Amazon. I think it would have been a much harder fight if I had purchased it directly from them. The only advantage to buying direct is to save sales tax. I think the cost of sales tax is worth the peace of mind.
