DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!!!! I bought one and it came broken. I’ve been going back and forth with them they asked for videos and photos of a machine that IS NOT MOVING. I’ve sent several emails and they are refusing a refund. They are giving me the runaround. I reported the issue THE MINUTE I took it out the box and plugged it in. It’sMONTHS LATER. They’re still playing.
The customer service is full of shit.
I wish I would’ve gone with MERCHAFIT. They cost more but their products are not of inferior quality and poor customer service like Wellfit.

No customer after sales service — nobody answers the phone always leave a message. E mail responses take days. Never answer your concerns. This company only has a warehouse in the UK - gave them my phone number to ring me — no call.
I call this an invisible company that have no real customer support base in the uk.
Update: My Treadmill Has Finally Arrived!
I’m happy to share that my treadmill has finally arrived! Although there were some challenges with the initial delivery, I truly appreciate the efforts made to resolve the situation.

The site was easy to order from. I purchased the TM037 Pro because I don't have a lot of space and it's almost perfect. The one thing that's missing is a drink holder. It would be nice to have my water bottle within reach when using the treadmill.
If I could give no stars I would! This company is a scam!! I ordered 3 weeks ago and STILL haven't received it! I called to find out where my order was and they didn't even ship it yet meanwhile I ordered it almost a week at that time. I called and they told me it was shipping that Friday (3 weeks ago). With a company usually there's teleprompts well not them, it's like someone answered in their own home. When I called them back (on the same day) because I decided I no longer wanted it they didn't answer the phone. Ive called numerous times and no one has even answered my call so I emailed them to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway! This is going on 3 weeks now. They claim they have warehouses throughout the US, I find that to be untrue. I see "comments" saying "fast shipping", I don't know who is actually writing these reviews. Don't buy from them, it's all a scam!!!
Ordering and customer service were excellent. Purchased 2 TM037 walking pad/treadmills. The treadmill is easy setup and use w/o having to download an app is all positive for me. One issues, is the electrical cord is so short you are forced to use extension cord which I hate to do. The handle bar is sufficient and you have the option of using the controls on bar or remote. The handle bar is short and you must remove the black plastic screw caps to lower the arms every time for storage. Overall the machine itself is sturdy and quiet when in use. Please update the handlebar to higher height and not having to remove black screws to lower or store treadmill.
This is only about delivery, I ordered the Treadmill on Thursday it was delivered on Friday, amazing. I have not set it up yet, waiting for my son to visit as it looks heavy.
We had only had the treadmill for 2 days when whilst using it there was a load bang from the on switch and it tripped the fuse box in the house .The treadmill stopped working .I contacted customer services immediately only to receive a reply to check my household wiring blaming it on an overloaded plug socket or faulty worn wiring !
I assured them that’s this was not the case and demanded a full refund and to return the treadmill .
As yet they an extremely reluctant to cooperate and I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see my £150 again! Extremely annoyed and disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company
I’ve used the treadmill for almost two months and it’s been helpful in getting my steps in conveniently at home. Plus that it’s easy to move around the house and lightweight. One star removed bc it started making weird screeching noises which I hope won’t indicate deterioration.

The instruction booklet is far from complete. It leaves things out like you have to release a lever ignorer to raise the handle hard. All it says pull it outward, not one word about a lever! It refers to the safety key in one paragraph and then starts talking about a "safety lock" in another paragraph without telling you they are one and the same!
Should the power switch be turned off after every workout? No info on what to do there. Very poor instruction book unless you have put a couple of these together in the past!! D-, would have been an F except AI helped me.
I bought this a few weeks ago. Its easy to put together. I have been on it every day. There's an app if you want to use it ( i dont at the moment). Its the best thing I have bought in a long time & ive lost 4lb in 3 weeks & I feel a lot fitter. Would & have recommend it to all my friends 🥰
Purchased online from the UK on the 7th of August . Received information on the 10th of August suggesting delivery . Courier used is not locally recognisable “ XDP/Yun express”. Item never arrived even though I was given 2 different delivery dates . I contacted the courier who said the item was damaged in transit and returned, courier advised contacting wellfit. I then contacted wellfit who said there was a problem with my address and advised contacting the courier. Today is the 20th of August and I am down £300 with no treadmill, and I fear this is a scam . I’m in the process of requesting a charge back from my bank.
UPDATED REVIEW... after weeks of back and forth, and filing a credit card dispute, Welllfit replaced the machine with a new one that worked fine out-of-the-box. They did not take the old machine back, so I guess I have quite a few spare parts. I wish they did the right thing from the start and took back the old machine. I will increase the star rating.

Our treadmill cannot be assembled because the part that recieves the bolt holding a side pole to the consule did not align due to manufacturing defect. Spent a few weeks of emailing photos and videos. They did not know what to do. They don't send a repair service to the house. First, they wanted me to tape one of two poles that supposed to support 500-pound people. Then they decided to offer me $200 discount on a $850 machine and wanted me to get it repaired locally on my dime... to fix a structural defect. I opened up a credit card dispute, insisting on full refund and the return postage paid label promised when purchased.
Welfit offer looks fantastic, but they do not deliver on their return policy and warranty is a joke. Unfortuneately it seems that nearly all the treadmills now come from China and I don't know if the others are any better. But al least, i haven't heard of competitors renegging on returns.
I never received the product ordered from Wellfittreadmill. This review is strictly regarding the company’s customer support services. I ordered a home treadmill from Wellfittreadmill through Facebook. They delivered the treadmill through FedEx. On the day I was expecting the delivery, I got the notification that FedEx delivered my package at my front door. I opened my door, and there was no package. I immediately called FedEx support and notified them that the package wasn’t delivered to my door. Immediately after, I notified Wellfittreadmill and informed them of what happened. Initially, I thought someone stole my package, but I was home when I got the notification. The package was too big for someone to have come up my stairs and left with it without me seeing them. It was a long process but I eventually obtained proof that FedEx misdelivered my package through their GPS ping system. FedEx had it documented that the driver delivered the package to my door, but their GPS ping system showed the package was delivered at a different building. Customer support from Wellfittreadmill also suggested I ask about our cameras within the community. I did just as they suggested and obtained proof from my HOA, who viewed the footage, that the FedEx driver did deliver 2 packages around the time I reported, but never approached my building. To seal the deal, I was able to obtain an email confirmation from FedEx that they misdelivered my package and that the shipper needed to contact them to file a claim. Upon Wellfittreadmill receiving all the proof that my package was delivered to the wrong location, they still maintained they had not received any information from FedEx, that they only have the documentation that FedEx delivered my package, and that if it was lost or stolen, per their policy I would have to file a claim through FedEx. FedEx has always stated the shipper needed to be the one to file the claim. I got FedEx to send me the misdelivery confirmation email for proof. I purchased the product through Klarna and sent them ALL the proof that I sent Wellfittreadmill. If it weren’t for Klarna ruling in my favor and returning the funds, I would still be liable for paying for a product I never received. FedEx and Klarna were more helpful and sympathetic than the company I ordered the product from. FedEx informed me they never heard from the shipper (Wellfittreadmill), and it makes sense because it was clear they were not trying to help me. I will never order anything from this company ever again. I saw after the fact that they had postal protection coverage. Somehow I missed that, and I highly recommend getting that if you’re going to purchase from this company. Hopefully, if you do they won’t try to find loopholes around that!
I love my TM007 treadmill and use it 6 days a week. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the pictures on their website are fake and very misleading, the treadmills are a lot smaller than they look in those photos. PLEASE do your research and find video reviews to get a better idea of the true size. Luckily, I do not use the handrails because they are too low and not adjustable on the one I have. Other than that, it is a great budget friendly treadmill. Support is also responsive and helpful.
