CAN I RATE WELLFIT NEGATIVE 5 STARS ?
UPDATED REVIEW... after weeks of back and forth, and filing a credit card dispute, Welllfit replaced the machine with a new one that worked fine out-of-the-box. They did not take the old machine back, so I guess I have quite a few spare parts. I wish they did the right thing from the start and took back the old machine. I will increase the star rating. CAN I RATE WELLFIT NEGATIVE 5 STARS ? UNSAFE HUNK OF JUNK. They don't back the 30-day return policy and the warranty is a joke. Our treadmill cannot be assembled because the part that recieves the bolt holding a side pole to the consule did not align due to manufacturing defect. Spent a few weeks of emailing photos and videos. They did not know what to do. They don't send a repair service to the house. First, they wanted me to tape one of two poles that supposed to support 500-pound people. Then they decided to offer me $200 discount on a $850 machine and wanted me to get it repaired locally on my dime... to fix a structural defect. I opened up a credit card dispute, insisting on full refund and the return postage paid label promised when purchased. Welfit offer looks fantastic, but they do not deliver on their return policy and warranty is a joke. Unfortuneately it seems that nearly all the treadmills now come from China and I don't know if the others are any better. But al least, i haven't heard of competitors renegging on returns.
