The instruction booklet is far from complete. It leaves things out like you have to release a lever ignorer to raise the handle hard. All it says pull it outward, not one word about a lever! It refers to the safety key in one paragraph and then starts talking about a "safety lock" in another paragraph without telling you they are one and the same! Should the power switch be turned off after every workout? No info on what to do there. Very poor instruction book unless you have put a couple of these together in the past!! D-, would have been an F except AI helped me.
