I would give no stars if I could: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!!!! I bought one and it came broken. I’ve been going back and forth with them they asked for videos and photos of a machine that IS NOT MOVING. I’ve sent several emails and they are refusing a refund. They are giving me the runaround. I reported the issue THE MINUTE I took it out the box and plugged it in. It’sMONTHS LATER. They’re still playing. The customer service is full of shit. I wish I would’ve gone with MERCHAFIT. They cost more but their products are not of inferior quality and poor customer service like Wellfit. If my issue is the treadmill belt isn’t moving but everything is coming on what more proof do you NEED?! I cannot PROVE that an inanimate object isn’t working through video or photo that’s DUMB.
