In spite of the high price, this was of very little use
I had a USB drive where I had just finished working on 5 files when the drive became unreadable. Not having made any further change, I was pretty confident I would be able to recover most of my work. Sadly Recoverit was just able to recover one single file. Moreover I just discovered that the plan has an automatic renewal and that cancellation is made very tricky, with an option that only allows to pause it. This alone makes it worthy of 1 star. Further to their support's reactions, which didn't unfortunately solve my problem, I decided to add a couple of stars to my rating. However the cancellation of the automatic renewal was not very easy to find.
