Wrong Wig
I received a 4c Edges Hairline Deep Wave Wig. When I first received the wig I wasn't happy. The wig came alot thinner than what I expected, and it wasn't any deep waves at all. As a first time buyer I would expect better customer service support. I have reached out not only to the email address on the website, I reached out to the chat they have on their website. And I still have not heard from anyone in there customer service office. Which is very disappointing seeing I was willing to return the wig and in return receive another wig at the same cost. The 4c wig cost me $174 in total, I didn't ask for any money back which I could have seeing the wig looks like a wet mop. All I wanted to do is exchange this bad wig for something else at the same cost. Bad Business and Customer Service
