First time wearing a colored wig and I tell you, this is beautiful. The color looks good on me, premium quality, texture is so natural and comes with a shine. The fastest delivery etc.

Don't trust the glowing reviews on this website for Hermosa Hair especially if you need to return an item:- The unit I purchased was not suitable. They repeatedly ignored my requests for a return / full refund until I thretened to raise a dispute through PayPal or my bank. In addition, it appears that they provided a fake return address too as my item is being held in the country of origin since 28/09/26 with the item purchased on 11/09/26. Despite my efforts to engage Hermosa Hair I have now had to raise a dispute to recoup the funds as it is becoming clearer day by day that their conduct is questionnable.

If you ever get the wrong item delivered or issues with your order, consider it a loss as you would not get a refund nor replacement and you would literally be cut off communication and left in your frustration until you give up. Customer service should involve all packages, including when orders go wrong!!! Am still asking for my refund and they have refused to let me return the faulty wig they sold to me!!!

I purchased a wig advertised as a…
I purchased a wig advertised as a 27‑color unit, which appeared—based on the product images—to have a reddish‑orange undertone. Upon receiving the item, I immediately notified the company on the day of delivery. Despite this prompt communication, my request for a refund was denied. The company maintains a 30‑day return policy, and the wig remains unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all accompanying materials. Given these facts, the refusal to honor the return policy is unwarranted.

You'll Get Exactly What You See!
This was my first time ordering a wig from this company and I gave a 5 - star review for the ease of ordering and navigating their website, the timely matter of delivery which was about 9 business days of ordering and the actual look of the wig and smell of the wig. The wig is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the color is immaculate! Even better in person and I was pleased that it had no smell. It's beautifully curled and styled, so there's not much you need to do with it. Unfortunately, I honestly probably won't be able to wear the wig until January of 2027, due to my hair being adorned with cornrows already. I am more than EXCITED to wear this beautiful piece on my head! Buy it, you will not be disappointed!
