If you ever get the wrong item…
If you ever get the wrong item delivered or issues with your order, consider it a loss as you would not get a refund nor replacement and you would literally be cut off communication and left in your frustration until you give up. Customer service should involve all packages, including when orders go wrong!!! Am still asking for my refund and they have refused to let me return the faulty wig they sold to me!!!
