My order is taking longer than expected…

My order is taking longer than expected and the tracking number provided was invalid till I followed up and was told my address was incorrect which was not true as I had used it before only then my order was processed after 2 weeks of placing it. no update no nothing.

Most importantly was the communication

The wig that I purchased from Hermosahair was as described and advertised. It exceeded my expectations and is now my favorite go to wig. It can be styled in different beautiful ways and still retain the natural look. No one would know that this is a wig. Excellently made, thank you.

I am in LOVE with this wig. It blends right into my natural hair texture and looks like I had a nice blowout 😌. The hair is soft , easily combs/brushes and it feels so light on my scalp. I will be ordering again from them! Thank you so much ! Order from them yall! You won’t be disappointed !

I’m very disappointed with this wig

I’m very disappointed with this wig. There are several issues with both the product I received and the way it was advertised. First, the wig is not a full braided wig as advertised. As you can see from my pictures, only the front portion of the wig is braided, while the back consists of tracks. Additionally, the braids in the front are not 18 inches as I ordered. Unfortunately, I’m leaving tomorrow for a trip and did not have enough time to purchase another wig, so I went ahead and installed it despite these issues. The second issue is the price. The website clearly advertises the 18-inch wig for $159. However, as shown in my screenshot, the price in my cart was $172. When I contacted the company, I was told that the $159 price only applies to the black wig. The problem is that the website does not clearly state this restriction anywhere in the advertisement. If different colors have different prices, that information should be clearly disclosed before customers add the item to their cart. The only positive thing I can say is that the company does respond to messages. Unfortunately, responding is not the same as resolving the customer’s concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this wig, and I will not be purchasing from this company again. I expected the product I received to match what was advertised, both in terms of the construction and the pricing.

Not the Quality Advertised — Very Disappointed Hermosa Hair ⭐️ 1 Star - A shipment from order H155400. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase - 4C Curly Edges Hairline Glueless Curly Lace Front Human Hair Wig With Super Natural Hairline 220% Density. The company charges a premium price for what is advertised as human hair, but the hair I received was nowhere near the quality that was advertised. To me, the texture and overall quality felt much more like synthetic hair than the human hair I believed I was purchasing. The quality was so disappointing that I ultimately had to give the hair away because it simply did not meet my expectations or the quality represented in the advertising. The only reason I initially chose not to return the hair or post an honest review on my page was because I understand that they are a small business, and I genuinely did not want to negatively affect their business. However, I also believe customers deserve transparency, especially when paying a significant amount for a product advertised as human hair. I also understand that businesses work with content creators to promote their products, and there is nothing wrong with marketing. However, when the product being promoted does not match the quality a customer actually receives, that can be very disappointing and misleading from a customer’s perspective. I personally would not recommend this hair based on my experience. I paid for the quality that was advertised and unfortunately did not receive it. I wish I don’t get to see their promotional misleading ads ever again! All the 5 stars reviews about this company is fake and misleading! Do not shop from them! I will be sharing pictures on TikTok
