UPDATE: After receiving a response to my review a year later, I reached out to the email below. It doesnt exist. I reached out to the customer service line, they said they wont help as my order is over a year old. I told them to involve this "Max" who has been nothing short of useless. The message below is a farce. They are as much of a scam as my initial review indicated. Do not waste your money. Avoid. Ordered a ring. Did receive it but it's unuseable, the battery doesnt last the night! No reply from their customer service so have disputed the payment with the bank.
